Suburban Computer Services (SCS), has been providing small business computerized accounting solutions since 1981. Our majority of clients are located in Metro Detroit. However, there are many others all over the country from California to Delaware.

We offer custom job costing programs to a variety of businesses, from farrier (horseshoe), retailers to medical supply distributors. Our largest customer is wholesale / distribution.

  • SCS programs are easily modified and rewritten to meet your needs. Our standard applications (canned), offer the same professional support for custom programs and modifications. Our clients use our standard accounting software as a base and then add custom vertical applications like job cost, billing/sales analysis.

  • Since 1981, every SCS program has been designed to work in a multi-user environment. This allows your accounting clerks the ability to work at maximum speed without sacrificing security.

  • Each SCS program can be used in multiple companies.

  • All clients receive free telephone and e-mail support from SCS. Most system issues and questions can be solved quickly without a meeting on-site.

  • SCS offers web page design and hosting for our clients. The Internet is a marketing tool that can be used to promote our accounting systems.
